How much does iPhone screen replacement cost in Switzerland?
Prices vary by model and display type (compatible or original OEM). For example: iPhone 14 from CHF 129, iPhone 15 Pro from CHF 189. The exact price is shown immediately when you select your model — no waiting for a quote. All prices are VAT-inclusive and come with a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
How much does iPhone or Samsung battery replacement cost?
Battery replacement starts from CHF 59 for most iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models. We use certified premium cells with guaranteed 100% capacity. The price for your specific model is shown instantly when you book online.
Does repairing an iPhone void the Apple warranty?
Repair by an unauthorised service provider may affect the manufacturer warranty, but in practice this only applies to an active Apple warranty (usually 1 year from purchase or AppleCare+). If your device is out of warranty — which applies to most phones we receive — repair with us does not make the situation worse. True Tone and Face ID are preserved through Apple display pair calibration.
Can I send my phone for repair by post from anywhere in Switzerland?
Yes — postal repair is our primary service model. We send you a protective box with a prepaid return label. Drop it at any post office or arrange collection at home via Swiss Post. We repair within 24 hours and return your device with insurance and a tracking number. We serve all of Switzerland — Zurich, Bern, Basel, Geneva, Lausanne and all cantons.
Do you repair water-damaged phones?
Yes. Ultrasonic cleaning and drying after liquid damage is one of our specialities — success rate approximately 80%. Important: do not charge or switch on a wet phone, remove the SIM card and send it to us as quickly as possible.
How quickly will I get my repaired phone back?
Your device is normally back in your hands within 2–4 days of posting. During quieter periods we repair same-day — meaning return is possible within 2 days. More complex repairs may need an additional day. Return shipping via Swiss Post A-Post Plus with tracking number — usually delivered the next business day.
Which brands does Display Reparatur repair?
We repair virtually all popular brands: Apple (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook), Samsung, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Huawei, Sony, Oppo, Motorola, Realme and many more. Don't see your brand in the list? Write to us. If spare parts are available on the market, we can repair it without issue.
Do you repair tablets and iPads?
Yes — we repair iPads of all generations (iPad, iPad Air, iPad Pro, iPad mini), Samsung Galaxy Tab tablets and other Android models. Screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair and more, all available via postal service.
How does the postal repair process work?
Book your repair online and pay upfront. We send you a secure protective box with a prepaid Swiss Post label. Place your device inside, drop it at a post office or request a home collection. After the repair we return your device with a tracking number and warranty.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes — 12 months warranty on all replaced parts and our workmanship. Batteries carry 3 or 6 months depending on the cell manufacturer. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects — it does not cover subsequent mechanical damage.
What happens if my phone cannot be repaired?
If diagnostics show that repair is not possible, or would cost more than the device is worth, we inform you before carrying out any work and return the device without charging a repair fee. You pay only for the diagnostic and return shipping costs.
Will my data be deleted during the repair?
No. For screen, battery and camera replacements all data remains intact — we only replace the defective component. We do not need access to your data to carry out the repair.
Which payment methods do you accept?
TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and invoice (for orders from Switzerland). Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe — PCI-DSS certified. We do not accept cash payments by post.
Is a loan device available while my phone is being repaired?
We do not currently offer loan devices — our 24-hour turnaround is shorter than the typical loan period at most repair shops. For urgent business needs we can arrange an equivalent device on request — please contact us directly.
